Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OfferFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free, Pro, and Pro+ subscribers. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

OfferFlow is an AI-powered job application tracking platform that helps users: • Track job applications across multiple employers and statuses • Generate AI-powered match scores and analysis for job listings • Create tailored cover letters using generative AI • Prepare for interviews with AI-generated questions and feedback • Develop salary negotiation strategies with AI assistance • Analyze and improve resumes against specific job descriptions • Monitor application progress and follow-up reminders The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate and complete information during registration • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account You must be at least 16 years of age to use OfferFlow. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

OfferFlow offers the following plans: Free Plan: $0/month — 30 AI credits per month, core job tracking features Pro Plan: $20/month — 150 AI credits per month, all AI features Pro+ Plan: $50/month — Unlimited AI credits, all features AI credits are consumed as follows: • AI match score: 1 credit • Full AI match analysis: 2 credits • Interview prep generation: 1 credits • Interview practice feedback: 1 credit • AI cover letter: 3 credits • Salary negotiation strategy: 3 credits • Resume suggestions: 3 credits Credits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit limits may be adjusted with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is stored securely by Stripe and not retained by OfferFlow.

OfferFlow uses OpenAI's API to generate content including match analyses, cover letters, interview questions, negotiation strategies, and resume suggestions. Important limitations you must understand: Accuracy: AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Match scores are estimates based on available profile data and job descriptions — they are not employment guarantees. Professional advice: Nothing generated by OfferFlow constitutes legal, financial, career, or professional advice. Cover letters, negotiation scripts, and resume suggestions are AI-generated starting points — always review and customize before use. Bias: AI models may reflect biases present in training data. We work to minimize this, but cannot guarantee bias-free output. Third-party accuracy: Job listings are sourced from third-party APIs (including Adzuna). We do not verify the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of listed positions. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant OfferFlow a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process data including your profile information, job application history, resume content, and usage patterns to provide and improve the Service. Resume files are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. AI analysis of your resume is performed via encrypted API calls. We do not sell your resume or personal data to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at legal@offerflow.ai. Account deletion is processed within 30 days.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate any person or entity • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure • Share your account credentials with others or resell access • Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive employers or falsify qualifications • Circumvent credit limits or billing systems Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and non-AI-generated content, is owned by OfferFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and upload (resumes, notes, etc.). AI-generated content (cover letters, analyses, etc.) is provided for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a service. The OfferFlow name, logo, and product marks are trademarks of OfferFlow. You may not use them without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate • Job listings will be current, accurate, or result in employment • The Service will meet your specific requirements YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFERFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us at legal@offerflow.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination: • Your access to the Service will cease • AI-generated content and application data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days • Outstanding charges remain due • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will survive

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
